Hi Natalie,
Thanks for adding the editoral changes, I appreciate it! I thought I saw you walking through the crowd at Tatlock Field.
I keep reminding myself to take pictures, but I get caught up watching the events and talking to the coaches and other parents.
Thanks again.

Dear Natalie,
Originally, I'm from Newark, New Jersey, but currently live in California and have a blog on the Sherman Oaks and Encino Patch. Much of my family live in your area, so I would like to have you post my blog in Parsippany as well. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
Best regards,
Gary Miller

Hi Natalie,
I saw you at the BOE meeting last night, wasn't sure it was you until I saw you taking pictures and I figure it had to be you.lol. Unfortunately, I left before the conclusion of the meeting and didn't get a chance to introduce myself to you. I'm sure I'll get the chance next time.
Regards,
Maurice Saunders

What electorate? The turnout was embarrassing. That is my primary source of anger. Where were the voters? People choose to elect whom they will, for whatever reasons. But when those "people" are a minuscule portion of the population, even a small bit of the portion that CHOSE TO REGISTER TO VOTE... People fought and died for the vote. That people opt not to exercise it just kills me.

The meeting is Thursday at 7 p.m. at the BOE bldg.
I'll give you a call when I get a chance, but likely it will be after 6. Very full schedule and something's come up that you'll read about very shortly. Trust me, you'll find it interesting.

The new Montville editor is Jake Remaly, and he is a fair man. I'll definitely let him know about the event. I cannot promise that I can be there, but I will certainly try. It certainly sounds like a tempting proposition. And of course there are decent, thinking people who travel the Tea Party road. There's you, for example!!

I noticed on the main ParspppanyPatch page, under the "Places" heading you feature the Baldwin Pharmacy. It closed and went out of business more than a year ago.

I am not a writer, or a blogger, I'm a lurker. I shouldnt have to apply to write a fair article, Patch should already have writers/bloggers to do that and it is my right to comment on the article that you chose to put online and Colleen's opinion sucks!
So is it fair for me to say, the next time, someone whines about Chris Christie, that you will come on and invite them to run for gov.?? Maybe you can even provide the link for them to apply.

Not much. Many have been away on long vacations over the holiday and some are just finding out what's going on. I'll have a little something in the morning and hopefully more in the afternoon.

Hank,
Here's the scoop: The number is not released to the public and not to me, either. That's a security measure. JD Christian knew about people requesting names of alleged offenders because he read the board. There are a number of requests for the names. And no, we cannot release the names. We have a duty to protect all involved, you and them. Patch has a legal responsibility to maintain privacy even for those we ban or reprimand (and note that I cannot say if that took place during this matter). I do hope you can understand that.
Re: your other query. I have made an inquiry regarding the popup and will let you know when I get an answer.

Oh, I know what you're talking about. Let me ask the boss about it. I know some people find it helpful.

I am not privy to that info, but will check into it for you. I have not discussed the matter with anyone, as I'm busy doing my job. I will ask Mike about it, but I sincerely doubt he would reveal information to anyone. I know Mike to be an honorable man, an ethical journalist and a good guy. It occurs to me, though, Hank, I've seen a couple of people in that thread asking for names. Anyway, let me put this to Mike and we'll see what's up. Thanks for your patience. BTW, to which popup do you refer?
