I have been the Director of The Suburban Chiropractic Center here in the lovely town of Chatham for the past 28 years.  I have been a resident of beautiful Basking Ridge, NJ for 27 years.  My 2 older children, now finishing college, are products of the Bernards Township school system from beginning to end, and my youngest 2 are just starting at Liberty Corner.

     A former food chemist and nutritional research scientist, I have taught others all I know about nutrition, health and wellness at Palmer College, The University of Bridgeport, The Adult School of the Chathams, Madison & Florham Park and right here at our office.

     I have served the citizens of NJ for the past 11 years under 5 governors on the NJ State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and have served the citizens of Chatham on the Chatham Historic Preservation Commission, the Chatham Kiwanis Club Board, The  Chatham Mayor's Wellness Campaign Commitee, The ECLC Board of Trustees and as President of the Chatham Chamber of Commerce. In Basking Ridge, I have coached lacrosse and soccer and will be teaching this year at The Adult School there.

     Our job at Suburban Chiropractic is not only to help you with your back, neck, leg or arm problems, but to teach you how to live long and prosper.  We will teach you how and what to eat; how to stay fit, and how to keep your spirit strong.  That's what we are all about!
