All my information comes from a copy of the collective bargain agreement I obtained from the Board of Ed. The numbers and perks listed there are fairly impressive; compared to the private sector.

That said, I believe that classroom teachers, especially untenured ones, are not the right targets. Many of them do love children and would, if allowed, greatly improve the school experience. Unfortunately, they chose to align themselves as a group with the true enemies of the taxpayer, which are NJEA and, by extension, the Democrats.
