Andrew grew up in Sussex County, New Jersey and is now a senior at Seton Hall University, in the process of obtaining his bachelors degree in Journalism along with a minor in Jazz Performance. He has been freelancing for Patch since February of 2010, covering mostly  government meetings and high school sports.

His interest in journalism took hold in the 7th grade when he thought it would be fun to be a sports columnist. That interest gradually morphed into an intrigue into politics and love of music.

Andrew also works as an associate editor and contributing writer at The Aquarian Weekly, New Jersey's oldest music and art newspaper. This internship-turned-job has granted him entrance to concerts across the Tri-State area and (probably) considerable hearing loss.

Andrew has greatly enjoyed his time working in the Chathams and Basking Ridge, meeting people, learning about the communities and reporting. Go ahead and introduce yourself if you see him around.
