The sale is the Friends of the Library's biggest fundraiser of the year.

CDs, movies and books are all welcome.
Have some books you want to give away? You may have a chance to get rid of them. The Friends of the Library of the Chathams will hold one collection day on Saturday, Sept. 22, the same day as the Green Fair of the Chathams and the Chatham Borough Farmers Market. All books in good condition, whether adult or children's, hardcover or paperback, are welcome, as are DVDs and CDs. Anyone with items to donate can leave them in the back hall of the library near the elevators between 9:30 a.m. and noon. The library cannot sell encyclopedias, video tapes, textbooks, magazines, condensed books or mildewed or torn books. The collection day on Sept. 22 will be the only day for the rest of the year the Friends of the Library will collect items for …
