This was anything but a quiet year in Chatham. There was a prescription mix-up that affected local families, a banner year for high school seniors, and a fatal car accident in Arkansas that struck close to home. We've compiled a list of the most read Chatham Patch stories of 2012: Over a week after Hurricane Sandy hit the area, the utility company expects most customers will be restored by Saturday evening. Despite police-issued alert indicating most power had been restored Saturday night, nearly 3,000 township customers remain out, JCP&L map shows.
