Marist Names 3 Chathamites to Dean's List

One senior and two sophomores from Chatham were named to the Dean's List.

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY -- The following local students have been named to the Marist College Dean's List for the fall 2012 semester: Marist is a liberal arts college with an enrollment of 4,500 full-time undergraduate students. The institution offers 44 majors in undergraduate studies and 12 graduate degree programs.

Connecticut College Names Chatham Woman to Dean's List

Connecticut College requires a GPA of 3.65 or higher to make the Dean's List.

NEW LONDON, CONN. -- Margaret Nelson, a member of the class of 2015 at Connecticut College and a resident of Chatham, has been named to the Dean's Honors list for the 2012 fall semester. At Connecticut College, Dean's Honors is a recognition for students who have earned a grade point average of at least 3.65, and Dean's High Honors is a recognition for students who have earned a grade point average of at least 3.78.

Chatham Woman Makes SUNY's Dean's List

SUNY New Paltz requires a GPA of at least 3.3 to make the Dean's List.

NEW PALTZ, NY -- Chelsea Allocco, a resident of Chatham, NJ (07928), was named to the Dean's List at the State University of New York at New Paltz for the Fall 2012 semester. Allocco's major is Computer Science. Dean's List designation is reserved for students who excel academically and earn at least a 3.3 grade point average in a semester with a full-time course load.

Chatham Woman Makes Honors at Skidmore

Term honors are given to students with a 3.65 GPA or higher.

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY -- Megan Duffy, a member of the class of 2015 at Skidmore College, earned term honors for the fall semester. She is the daughter of Jack and Susan Duffy of Chatham. Term honors are awarded for a quality point ratio of 3.650 from a possible 4.0, for students who have completed 14 credit hours. Skidmore recognizes academic excellence in several ways. In addition to earning term honors based on work completed each semester, a student may be elected to the Skidmore chapter of Phi Beta Kappa. Chatham Man Makes FDU Florham Honor's List

The Honor's List requires a 3.5 GPA or higher.

MADISON, NJ -- Ryan Reck, of Chatham, NJ, a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University's College at Florham, located in Madison, N.J. has been named to the Honor's List for the Fall 2012 Semester. Chatham Man Honored at Grove City College

Tyler Vielguth was named to the Dean's List, with distinction.

Chatham Woman Makes Emory Dean's List

Students must be in the top 20 percent or a GPA of 3.85 or higher to make the Dean's List.

ATLANTA, GA-- Julie Williamson of Chatham, N.J. Earle is a first-year Animal Sciences major in the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences.
