Marquette announces spring semester Dean's List.
MILWAUKEE, WI -- The following local students have been named to the Dean's List for the spring 2013 semester at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis.: Marquette University is a Catholic Jesuit university that draws its more than 11,500 students from all 50 states and more than 75 different countries. In addition to its nationally recognized academic programs, Marquette is known for its service learning programs and internships as students are challenged to use what they learn to make a difference in the world.

Washington & Lee University
LEXINGTON, VA -- Washington & Lee University announced their honors for the winter term 2013, and several Chatham residents are among the recipients. Nicole Ross, a member of the class of 2015, earned honor roll status in the last term with a grade point average of 3.75 out of 4.0. Ross and Christopher Adams, a member of the class of 2016, were both named to the Dean's List. Dean's list status at W&L represents a term grade-average of at least 3.4 on a 4.0 scale.

BINGHAMTON, NY -- Paul D. Bender of Chatham received academic honors from the School of Management at Binghamton University by making the University's Dean's List for the Fall 2012 semester. Binghamton University is one of the four university centers of the State University of New York. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute named Chatham Chatham High School graduate Michael Metrocavich to the Dean's List for the 2012 fall semester. RPI requires students to complete at least 12 credit hours of work during the semester, receive no grade lower than a "C" and earn a semester grade point aveage of at least 3.0. Metrocavich is a freshman majoring in Computer Science at RPI's School of Science. Rensselaer is located in Troy, NY.

EASTON, PA -- The names of 734 Lafayette College students recognized for academic honor on the 2012 fall semester Dean's List have been announced. Each of the students has achieved at least a 3.60 semester grade point average out of a possible 4.0. Colby College requires a GPA of 3.67 or higher for their Dean's List.
WATERVILLE, ME -- Area students were named to the Dean's List at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, for their outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2012-13 year. Students whose grade point averages were 3.67 or higher were named to the Dean's List. Colby College one of the oldest liberal arts colleges in the nation. The college enrolls 1,825 students.
