Mayor Nicole Hagner began her second year of her third term on the Township Committee in January 2012 and was selected by the Committee to serve a third year as Mayor. The other members of the Township Committee are Deputy Mayor Bob Gallop and Committeemen Kevin Tubbs, Bill O'Connor and Katherine Abbott.

The Township Administrator is Thomas E. Ciccarone who oversees the day-to-day operations at Township Hall. Gregory J. LaConte is the Township Clerk.

The committee meets the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 7:30 PM at the municipal building. Meeting agendas are published on the Chatham Township Website.
