This branch of the Charlie Brown's Steakhouse chain is in a charming renovated house in Chatham Township and manager Alan Nekoukar is dedicated to maintaining its reputation. There are four seating areas: the TV room where the Jets used to eat as a team, the full bar room, the salad bar room and the semi-secluded back room that's often booked for parties.

They've messed up our orders far too many times, especially the steaks. Also, they don't police the salad bar at all, allowing unsupervised children to stick their hands in the food, pick things out and put them back etc. We won't be going back except to go to the bar.
Absolutely disgusting. Gave them another chance and regretted it. Maybe a change in management would help, but I'm not holding out hope. Allowing unsupervised children at the salad bar is unfathomable! If the parents are too irresponsible or lazy to watch their own kids, the restaurant should at least keep an eye on them. I don't want someone else's soiled hands touching my food. Unfortunately, the seniors are just as bad as the children at this location, if not worse. I've got nothing against Charlie Browns itself as a franchise, but this particular one should be shut down. Except for the bar, it's absolutely disgusting.
