Chatham High School to Crown Homecoming King, Queen

12 seniors nominated to court.

Chatham High School's Pep Club is holding the school's annual Homecoming Dance and Coronation 8 p.m. Saturday in the A/B gym.

Seniors have nominated 12 members of their class to the Homecoming Court. Students vote for king and queen, and the winners are announced the night of the dance.

The event is a tradition in Chatham, and this year's theme is “A Night with the Stars."

"The Homecoming Court for 2013 consists of a fantastic group of seniors who are very much involved in the school as well as the community," organizers said. "Each nominee is a great student all around and no matter who the school votes for, there is no way any choice will be a bad one!"

This year's members of court are Casey Madura, Morgan Maltby, Claire Mogelvang, Julia Serrao, Kristen Stuzynski, Natalie Washuta, Austin Barkhorn, Taylor Boehmer, Alex Hart, Scott Lynch, Michael Nitting and Spencer Pendleton.
