Swim Team Has Eye on Another State Championship

Seniors hope for a second straight undefeated season.

The girls swim team (now 16-0) travels to The College of New Jersey Sunday to compete against Haddonfield in their third state championship meet in four years.

Seniors on the team have lost only three meets in their four years of swimming, and hope to bring home a second consecutive state championship trophy and close their high school careers with two straight undefeated seasons.

A victory will be doubly sweet, senior captains Taryn McLaughlin, Julia Harrigan, Jess Aiola and Kate Buchser said, because the team lost to Haddonfield when these seniors were freshman.
