New Softball Field at Chatham Middle School Dedicated
Team celebrates new field with victory over Madison.
A new softball field behind Chatham Middle School was dedicated before the Chatham varsity softball team's game against Madison on Monday. Photos are at right.
School District of the Chathams Superintendent Jim O'Neill, Board of Education member Steve Barna, Athletic Director Harvey Cohen and Buildings Supervisor John Cataldo threw out ceremonial first pitches at the dedication ceremony.
The field will primarily be used by Chatham's varsity and junior varsity teams.

The varsity team celebrated the opening of the new field with an 8-1 win over the Dodgers.
