Hockey Team Defeats Kinnelon

Swim teams move on to team championships.

The Chatham High School hockey team defeated Kinnelon Tuesday 3-1, bringing their season record to 13-1-8.

Kinnelon scored once in the first period, and Chatham followed with two goals in the second period and once more in the third. Trip Burke, Brian Leonard and Teddy Simson all scored goals, with Robert Graziano making one assist.

Goalie Jordan Boles made 22 saves.

  • The girls basketball team defeated Mendham 56-27.
  • The JV basketball team defeated Mendham 49-37.

  • Swim teams compete in NJSIAA Team Championships at 5 p.m. at Morris Union Jointure. The girls team takes on Red Bank Regional, and the boys team takes on Caldwell.
  • Wrestling team travels to Linden for a 7 p.m. meet.
  • The boys basketball team travels to Newark Academy for a 4 p.m. game.
  • The JV boys basketball team travels to Newark Academy for a 5:30 p.m. game.
