Girls Swim Team Wins Sectional

The Chatham High School girls swim team defeated Princeton Thursday to become the the Central Jersey "B" Sectional champions. The final score was 113-57.

Also on Thursday:

• The boys basketball team defeated Oratory Prep 58-50.
• The JV boys basketball team defeated Oratory Prep 52-35.

The following games are scheduled for Friday, depending on weather and facility condition and availability:

• The girls basketball team takes on Morris Catholic in the MCSSADA semifinals at Fairleigh Dickinson University at 7:30 p.m.
• The wrestling team travels to Millburn High School for a 6 p.m. match.
• The ice hockey team takes on Kinnelon High School for the Mennen Cup at the Mennan Arena at 5:45 p.m.

The following games are scheduled for Saturday, depending on weather and facility condition and availability:

• The indoor track team competes at the NJSIAA Group 2 state finals at the Bennett Center in Toms River at 9 a.m.
• The wrestling team travels to Millburn High School for a 11 a.m. match.
• The girls JV basketball team travels to Mountain Lakes for a 10:30 a.m. game.
• The boys basketball team takes on Randolph at the MCSSADA semifinals at the County College of Morris at 6:30 p.m.
• The JV basketball team takes on West Morris Central at Delbarton's Clark Gym at noon.
• The JV ice hockey team takes on Paramus at Twin Oaks at 8:30 p.m.

The following games are scheduled for Monday, depending on weather and facility condition and availability:

• The boys basketball team travels to Madison for a 7 p.m. game.
• The girls basketball team travels to Morris Catholic for a 6 p.m. game.
• The JV boys basketball team travels to Madison for a 5 p.m. game.
• The JV girls basketball team travels to Morris Catholic for a 4:15 p.m. game.
• The JV ice hockey team takes on Randolph at Twin Oaks at 8:15 p.m.
• The ice hockey team competes in the Mennen Cup semifinals.

• The girls swim team competes in the NJSIAA semifinals, time and location yet to be determined.
• The girls basketball team travels to Mountain Lakes for a 5 p.m. game.
