Fencers, Wrestlers Place in County Championships

The bowling team moves on to conference tournaments and state sectionals.

Craig Swartz, the coach of the bowling team, said with the team's loss to Morris Knolls Thursday, the Cougars ended the regular season in fourth place in the Northern New Jersey Athletic Conference. Junior Bailey Bancroft had a team high 215 game and senior Captain Mack Cosgrove rolled a 207 game. The Cougars move on to the conference tournament and the state sectionals.

On Saturday:

  • The JV ice hockey team defeated Seton Hall 6-4
  • Dylan Mulcahy and Tom Penn of the wrestling team both placed sixth in the Morris County Championships.
  • The fencing teams competed in the Morris County Championships. The girls' epee and boys' saber teams finished in second place.
    • JC Perrin placed third in the saber
    • Christine Cremonni placed sixth in the epee
    • Jake Burns placed sixth in the epee
    • Lauren Tague placed fourth in the foil 4th

The following games are scheduled for Monday, depending on weather and facility condition and availability:
