Friday Morning Winter Yoga Series
Fridays—December 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30
Fridays—January 6, 13, 20 & 27
Fridays—February 3, 10, 17 & 24
For adults. This class will introduce adult beginners to the many joys of yoga. Breathing synchronized
with movement will warm the body and relax the mind. We will focus on joint mobility and healing
stillness. All levels welcome. Join us for the series or just one class. Advance registration is required; call
973.228.8776. Dress comfortably and bring your own mat. Fee: $10 per class
