Marcucci attributes the company’s success and growth to strong client focus. She was featured in the 2012 Woman's Advantage Shared Wisdom Calendar with one of her favorite sayings: "Perfection is the illusion that stares back at us from the mirror, but excellence is the reflection of satisfied clients."

Marcucci won the Women Presidents’ Organization Done Deals Leadership Award in 2012 for executing the most contracts in the Tri-State area, and she is involved with groups that support women in business.

She is a leader in the Women Presidents’ Organization and Women Business Enterprise National Council, and she recently joined the Women's Enterprise Leadership Forum, representing Women Presidents' Educational Organization NY.

Marcucci and Coranet also are committed to the New Jersey community, according to an announcement from the company about the award. Coranet supported a program over the summer that brought dozens of disadvantaged teens to New York Liberty women's professional basketball games at The Prudential Center in Newark—an opportunity that was coordinated by The Catholic Charities Diocese of Metuchen, Morris County Youth Shelter, Willowglen Academy and other agencies, the announcement says.

Marcucci also has participated in American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life in Chatham.
