Tickets on sale for 13th annual event benefiting Chatham Education Foundation.
Tickets for Taste of Chatham 2014 are on sale, organizers have announced.
A link to purchase tickets is on the Chatham Education Foundation website.
Tickets are $100 per person, or $50 for school district employees and senior citizens. Corporate sponsorships also are available.
Taste of Chatham is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28, and will be held at a new location, the Fairmount Country Club. The 13th annual event will celebrate excellence in education and raise funds for Chatham schools, a foundation news release says.
"Celebrate Chatham education with delicious food, wine, beer and scotch from your favorite vendors in the area, as well as great live music from Chatham’s talented students," the news release says. "Enjoy exciting silent auction items, new mystery auction and tricky tray baskets, including vacation and restaurant packages. Proceeds of the event will support grants to the School District of the Chathams for the sole purpose of enhancing educational endeavors for all."

During the 2012-2013 academic school year, the foundation distributed
more than $93,000 in grants to teachers and administrators to fund innovative
and creative educational programs and special projects.
