Southern Boulevard School Pulls Out Stops for Halloween Parade

Marching band, golf cart floats part of festivities in principal's last year before retirement.

Halloween is a big deal for Southern Boulevard School Principal Ralph Pesapane, and the school threw an impressive Mardi Gras-themed Halloween parade Thursday, Pesapane's last Halloween as principal before he retires.

The Chatham High School Marching Band, golf cart floats, giant masks and hundreds of costumed teachers and kids were part of the festivities as family members watched.
