Two seats are open for representatives from Chatham Borough to serve for three years. Incumbent Richard Connors will run to keep his seat; Borough residents Albert Bozzo, Jeff Truppo and Jill Weber are the other candidates.

In Chatham Township, one seat for a term of one year is available, and incumbent Lata Kenney will run unopposed for that seat. Kenney took over the seat vacated by Lora Yates, who stepped down in January 2010 after she announced that her family would move to the midwest.
