Chatham High School hosted parents at Back to School Night Wednesday.

Back to School Night was held early this year so faculty members could introduce parents to the Parent Portal, a tool which tracks students' homework assignments, quiz and test grades, attendance and participation grades.

School clubs, classes and groups set up tables in the gymnasium so parents and students could learn more about what the school has to offer. The Chatham Athletic Foundation, the Chatham High Marching Band and the sophomore class sold T-shirts, sweatpants and flip flops to raise money. The Hospitality Committee of the PTO offered cookies, lemonade and water in the cafeteria.
