Morris County Tournaments Begin Saturday

Five teams from Chatham compete at the county level.

Chatham High School teams compete in Morris County Tournaments beginning this weekend.

  • The girls volleyball team okays at Morris Knolls High School at 3 p.m. Saturday. The team departs at 1:15 p.m.
  • The in the county. They take on Mendham High School at at 4 p.m. Saturday.
  • The girls tenis team plays at the County College of Morris at a time to be determined on Sunday.
  • in the county. They take on Boonton High at Haas Field at 2 p.m. Sunday.

  • Girls soccer travels to Ridge High School for a 3 p.m. game. Travel leaves at 2:05 p.m.
  • Girls JV soccer travels to Ridge High School for a 3 p.m. game. Travel leaves at 2:05 p.m.
  • Girls field hockey plays Bernards High at Haas Field at 4 p.m.
  • Girls tennis hosts Villa Walsh Academy at the Chatham Middle School tennis courts at 4 p.m.
  • Girls JV tennis travels to Villa Walsh Academy for a 4 p.m. game. Departure leaves at 2:50 p.m.
  • Girls volleyball travels to The Academy of St. Eliza
  • Girls JV field hockey hosts Bernards at 5:30 p.m. at Haas Field.


The NJSIAA has posted the grouping for the general classification sports. Chatham again will be in North Section 2, Group 3.

The boys soccer team will host the winner of Parsippany Hills vs. Parsippany on Sunday, Oct. 9 at 1 p.m. at .

The next Athletic Booster Club meeting is on Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 7 p.m. in the Chatham High media center.
