Kindergarten Registration Starts in January

Kindergarten registration for the School District of the Chathams is set to open Jan. 6.

"We understand that this is a monumental time in a child’s life and we eagerly welcome our future Kindergarten students," the district says. "If your child will be age 5 on or before October 1, we ask that you complete and print the required registration forms."

Forms are available on the district's website at www.chatham-nj.org/kreg.

Completed registration forms and required documentation must be presented at the time of your registration appointment.

Registration will take place from Jan. 6 to Jan. 17.  To schedule a registration appointment, call Sally Moreno, district registrar, at 973-457-2560.

Appointments will take place at the Board of Education offices at 58 Meyersville Road, Chatham, NJ 07928. Individual appointments will be scheduled in 
15 minute increments, so please arrive promptly. During your registration appointment, you will be informed of the school that your child will attend in September and provided information about scheduling an appointment with the school nurse.
