Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Rothman Institute for
Entrepreneurship will be hosting a presentation on creating harmony in family-owned firms in Dickinson Hall as
part of its 2011 O. Berk Company Family Business Forum program. The speaker, Jeanne Weikert, a personal development consultant, will present various case studies
and discuss how conflicts in values, blurring of boundaries, and issues of control create conditions that disrupt the potential harmony in a family business.
