"Politics on the PublicMind" Black History Month Lecture Series

In honor of Black History Month, a lecture series will be held featuring several distinguished speakers throughout the month of February, including author David Margolick; Franklyn Jenifer, president emeritus of the University of Texas; and David Wilson, a researcher from the University of Deleware. Margolick will speak about the two women in his book, “Elizabeth and Hazel: Two Black Women of Little Rock”, as well as segregation. Jenifer will speak about “The Myth of Race and Public Policy” and Wilson will discuss his research on how individuals use racial, gendered, and other social group information to formulate their expressed public opinions and attitudes. This event will be held at the College at Florham in Lenfell Hall.
