Meditation Workshop

The Library will sponsor a free meditation workshop conducted by Rashimi Rawtani  and Swami Sachidanad, experts in meditation and yogic breathing for healthy and stress-free living. Participants will be guided in physical yoga, yogic breathing, and meditation. All are welcome to attend.  Please bring your own mat, wear comfortable clothing, and refrain from eating 3 hours prior to the session.  Please sign up at the Circulation Desk or call 973-635-0603.
