Living as a Multicultural Family and Attachment and Bonding in Adoption


We will have
an information filled evening as Stefani Moon, a Program Manager with Open Arms
Adoption Network and a Licensed Professional Counselor, shares insights on both
of the above topics. When we choose to become a multicultural family through adoption,
we accept the responsibility of opening our hearts and our lives to new ways of
being. Attachment and bonding are critical to the development of secure human
beings. A strong and healthy attachment formed early in life can set the state
for all future relationships.
