Kindergarten Enrichment Reading & Math Classes Offered

The Learning Lab is now enrolling for Fall Kindergarten Enrichment classes. Choose from 2, 3 or 4 day per week programs. Morning and afternoon Kids Club classes provide a fun extension for students in half-day public kindergarten programs and an opportunity to receive individual attention and hands-on learning experiences that support reading, math, cultural studies and science. Students may add Lunch Bunch for added fun! Kids club runs 3 or 4 mornings or afternoons per week.

Monday and Wednesday afternoons Kindergarten-age students can "Meet the SuperKids" and work on reading and writing skills through the fun and interactive Superkids reading program (written by American Girl Doll creator Pleasant Roland). Students are introduced to a new super kid each week and complete activities related to the characters.

Tuesday and Thursday afternoons Kindergarten-age students can become Math Masters, learning and reinforcing math concepts using hands-on materials and the colorful Touch Math program. Students learn about adding, subtraction, skip counting, patterns, graphing, odd/even, greater/less than and so much more through fun and interactive activities!
