Daily Record: Chatham Fund Manager Starts Nonprofit Targeting NJEA

David Tepper, founder of Appaloosa Management in Chatham, has started a new nonprofit company.

David Tepper, the founder of the Chatham-based Appaloosa Management, has started a new nonprofit group which is countering an advertising campaign by the New Jersey Education Association against Gov. Chris Christie, the Daily Record reports.

Tepper founded Better Education for Kids (B4K) along with Alan Fournier. The two have tapped Derrell Bradford to lead the organization.
