Chathamites Graduate from St. Peter's

Two natives of Chatham were among the 223 to earn their high school diplomas this year.

Saint Peter’s Preparatory School in Jersey City conferred diplomas onto two residents of Chatham at their 134th commencement ceremony, held at Saint Peter’s College on Sunday, June 9.  Of the 223 graduates, two are Chatham residents.

William Simson, son of Valerie and Walter Simson, was one of the two Chatham residents who graduated from St. Peter's. While a student, he played football, hockey and lacrosse and was a member of Marauder Nation. Simson was also a member of the Campus Ministry Team, and both led and attended retreats. He also traveled to Ecauador on a service mission. Simson plans to attend the University of Wisconsin.

Luke Venditti, son of , as the second Chatham native to graduate with the rest of Saint Peter's class of 2012. While in high school, Venditti played football, wrestling and lacrosse. He also attended the Emmaus and Kairos retreats. Venditti plans to attend Saint Joseph’s University.
