To the Editor, First, let me say that I am a fan of Chatham Patch. However, your real estate headlines are often worded to suggest negative connotation. For example, the headline above "Thornley Drive Home Sells for Under $1.4M" makes it sound like a bad thing that the house sold for under $1.4M"...uh oh Chatham, the real estate values are plummeting! (of course I am kidding about the R/E values). Why don't you instead consider wording it as "Thornly Drive Home sells for nearly $1.4M!" - doesn't that sound better and more positive? That's an awesome amount for a house and it should be presented in a positive light. If you look back at other weeks, you also had the "under $xx" for another house that was over $2 million dollars. Just wanted to share my thought on this, thank you!
