Resident Endorses Bailey Brower, Jr.

As primary elections near, one resident tells Chatham Patch how she'll be voting.

Editor:

As the Chatham Township Committee elections approach, I strongly endorse
Bailey Brower, Jr. for re-election to the Township Committee. Bailey’s presence
adds a depth of intimate knowledge of the community. His family goes back
eight generations in our area. His love of our town has been evident in his
efforts on the Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, Tree Committee and now
the Township Committee.

He brings to the Committee his acumen as a local businessman who is able
to look at the big picture when costly decisions are being made. He works
well with fellow committee members in these endeavors. Keeping Chatham
Township on a firm fiscal basis is his strong commitment while delivering the
best services possible within those constraints.

Bailey has an interest and understanding of young people through his long
service to youth at Noe Pond. His years of service to the Red Cross are
legendary. He has served as an effective liaison between the Township
Committee and the Senior Services of the Chathams advocating for the
organization.

He has been a leader in the historic marker project in Chatham Township
providing an educational vehicle for residents to learn about the history of their
community.

He has a strong running mate in Jeff Furbish who will add his valuable
experience to the Committee.

With these qualifications and accomplishments, I urge voters to return Bailey
Brower to the Chatham Township Committee.

Sincerely,

Caroline C. Knott, MSW
