Michael Yodice Fails to Get Spot in General Election
Official results from the primary election.
Mail-in ballots did not help get Michael Yodice a spot on the ballot for the Chatham Borough Council this November.
Yodice, a Democrat, ran in the primary as a write-in candidate in Tuesday's primary. According to Chatham Borough Clerk Susan Caljean, Yodice drew four votes in the primary of the 13 write-in votes cast on the Democratic ballot.
Six votes, Caljean said, were needed to get his name on the November ballot.
