Meet Board of Ed Candidate Albert Bozzo

A financial journalist and father of 9-year-old twins, Bozzo is running for a borough seat on the Board of Education.

Albert Bozzo is a candidate for a seat on the Board of Education to represent Chatham Borough. Bozzo is a financial journalist with 9-year-old twins who attend Milton Avenue School.

Two seats are available for representatives from Chatham Borough. Board member Richard Connors will run to keep his seat, and and Jill Weber are also running for the board.

In the township, Lata Kenney is running unopposed for a one-year term on the board. Incumbent and Kim Cronin are running to represent the township.

Elections for the Board of Education, and on the budget for the School District of the Chathams, will be held on April 27 from 2 to 9 p.m. Borough residents will vote at Chatham Middle School, and township residents will vote at Gymnasium C at Chatham High School.

April 6 is the last day to register to vote for school elections. Residents who wish to vote using a mail-in ballot, which is available through the Morris County Clerk's office, must send in their requests by April 20. The application can be picked up in person until April 26 at 3 p.m.
