Letter to the Editor: Chatham Needs Doug Herbert
A Chatham resident writes in favor of Congressional candidate Douglas Herbert.
Dear Editor,
Rodney Frelinghuysen has represented us for 16 years. 12 years in
which his party was in the majority. I expect he will do what he has
always done, go along instead of try to lead. He went along with TARP,
he went along with increased earmarks and he went along with the Iraq
War.
I am tired of having a Congressman who has failed to lead. Doug
Herbert has said he would have voted against TARP, he is against
earmarks and he is a fiscal conservative. Chatham needs a Congressman
who will lead and not only follow. Chatham needs to elect hometown Herbert
to Congress.
