The Chatham Borough and Chatham Township Environmental Commissions will host a "Community Education & Outreach Event" about drinking water for the two communities.
There will be a panel of water experts, a moderator who will ask the panelists questions, clips from films about water issues and a water taste test. The public invited to participate in the taste test, which will feature bottled water, borough tap water and township tap water.
The panel will discuss where your water comes from, how it is tested and how it is treated. Filters will also be discussed.
Filter vendors will do a select test of your own water on site if you bring a sample.
