Chatham Attorney Represents Former Campaign Manager in Bridge Probe

Bill Stepien represented by Kevin Marino, report says.

There's another Chatham attorney who has been hired to represent officials subpoenaed by legislators investigating the George Washington Bridge scandal.

Gov. Chris Christie's former campaign manager Bill Stepien, who was among 20 people served a subpoena this week, is represented by Chatham-based attorney Kevin Marino, according to The Star-Ledger.

Marino's office is on Southern Boulevard.

David Wildstein, the former Port Authority executive who was charged with a misdemeanor for refusing to answer Assembly committee questions about the closure of lanes leading to the George Washington Bridge, also is represented by a Chatham-based attorney.

Wildstein, who was held in contempt after he refused to answer questions of the Assembly Transportation, Public Works and Independent Authorities committee, said he was asserting his right to remain silent on the advice of his attorney, Alan Zegas, whose practice is on Main Street in the borough.
