Brower Prioritizes Low Taxes, Recreation

Brower runs unopposed for a seat on the Chatham Township Committee.

Bailey Brower, Jr., a Republican and native of Chatham Township, is running for one of two available seats on the Chatham Township Committee. If elected, he will serve a fourth consecutive term on the committee.

Kathy Abbott is the other Republican candidate for the second available committee seat. There are no Democrats running.

In-person voting is available for registered voters in the Morris County Clerk's Office Monday now through Monday, Nov. 7. The hours are as follows:

  • Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Thursday, Nov. 3
  • Friday, Nov. 4, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Monday, Nov. 7, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The clerk's office is also accepting applications to vote by mail through Tuesday, Nov. 1. Applications may be downloaded directly from the Morris County Clerk's Office website.
