UPDATE: Boro Results Updated for Third Time

Newest results show changes to Democratic Freeholders race.

The Clerk's office released updates from Tuesday's primary election for the third time Wednesday shortly before 1 p.m.

Under the newest election results, Freeholders Toshiba Foster, Wasim Khan and Joy Singh got 119, 117 and 115 votes, respectively.

Earlier results released by the clerk's office showed former borough went from zero to 23 votes for Democratic member of the County Committee.

Clerk Susan Caljean released updated polling results Wednesday morning and again Wednesday. Earlier versions included incorrect information due to human error.

The updated results show Eck earning 23 votes for Democratic member of the County Committee, while Ed DiFiglia and Herbert L Ramo both earned 20, John P. Gillespie earned 18, Michael Yodice earned 12 and former Borough Mayor Nelson Vaughan earned eight votes.

Yodice, who is running for borough council in November, earned 119 votes in that race. The three Freeholder candidates, Wasim Khan, Toshiba Foster and Joy Singh, won 160, 119 and 115 votes, respectively, and will move on to the general election in November.

Of the nine candidates for three available spots available for GOP Freeholders, John Krickus, John Cesaro and Alison Deeb garnered the most votes with 144, 133 and 129 votes in the borough, respectively. .

Republicans in the borough also voted Joe Kyrillos for the US Senate by over 200 votes over his competitors, Joe "Rudy" Rullo, Bader G. Qarmout and David Douglas Brown.

Though both were running uncontested for re-election, Borough Council Members John Holman and Len Rest earned 308 and 307 votes, respectively.
