Woman, 75, Killed After Crashing Car Into Tree
Florham Park resident died after accident on North Passaic Avenue Thursday afternoon.
A 75-year-old Florham Park woman died after crashing her car into a North Passaic Avenue tree in Chatham on Thursday.
The woman, whose name was not immediately released, was found in her vehicle around 3:30 p.m. in "very serious condition," according to a press release prepared by Det. Lt. Kevin O'Shea. She was removed from her car by the Chatham Fire Department and Chatham EMS volunteers and given CPR.
She was then transported to the Morristown Medical Center where O'She said she was pronounced dead just after 4 p.m. Police are continuing to investigate.
