Township Teen Arrested for DWI
Randall Slaughter was pulled over on River Road early Saturday morning.
Township police arrested a teenager for driving while intoxicated after they noticed a car pulled over on River Road with blinkers on.
Police said Randall Slaughter, 19, of the township, was found by police in his car at 1:42 a.m. Saturday on the road's shoulder. When police checked on Slaughter, they said, they found him to be intoxicated.
Slaughter was arrested for driving while intoxicated, processed and released pending a court date.

Police also reported Mark Hoskins, 44, of Newark, was pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt June 21 on River Road and was found to have a suspended driver's license and warrants from Hightstown, Cedar Grove and Irvington worth $500. Hoskins was arrested and released after being processed.
