The following information was obtained directly from the Chatham Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Kenneth Finnen, 44, of Chatham Township was arrested Monday for an equipment violation and outstanding warrants from Madison and Chatham.

Finnen was placed under arrest, transported to police headquarters and later released after posting bail in the amount of $1,000, according to police.

The warrants, one each from Chatham and Madison, were issued after Finnen failed to appear in court to answer prior charges for driving with a suspended license, police said.
