Police Arrest Paterson Resident for Theft

The following arrest information is provided by the Chatham Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Chatham Township Police said they arrested a Paterson resident who stole allegedly an electronic scan tool found in her employer's car.

The owner of a Green Village Road business told police that an electronic scan tool worth approximately $10,000 was missing, police said.

Detective Brad Hayworth investigated and arrested Nicole Holster, 37, of Paterson for the theft of property lost or mislaid on Oct. 11, according to police.

Holster told police she found the tool in her employer's car after picking it up at the business, and that she did not plan on returning it, police said.

Holster was processed and released on her own recognizance pending court action, according to police.
