Home Burglarized on Lincoln Avenue

Burglar likely entered through unlocked door.

A home on Lincoln Avenue was burglarized last week, according to borough police.

Police said the homeowners were away last Tuesday and Wednesday, and said that the burglary likely occurred then.

A screen on a screened porch was cut, which is likely how the burglar gained access to the home, according to police. Police then said the burglar probably entered through an unlocked door.

Police said dresser drawers in the bedrooms were rifled and jewelry and cash was taken, according to the homeowners.
