Chatham Man Faces Drug Charges by Madison PD

Madison police arrested the 29-year-old Chatham resident.

On Feb. 5 at approximately 1:23 a.m., a patrolman with the Madison Police Department, Patrolman Sean Plumstead, arrested 29-year-old Stephen Quinn of Chatham and charged him with alleged possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Plumstead initially stopped Quinn on Park Avenue for burned-out lights and determined that he was in possession of marijuana. Quinn was transported to headquarters for processing and released pending a mandatory court appearance.

Quinn was also issued a motor vehicle summons for failure to maintain lamps on a vehicle.
