Police said PCP was also found on Berkeley Heights resident at River Grille.

A Berkeley Heights man was charged with drug possession in Chatham Friday after police said they found him unconscious and with 30 bags of marijuana at the River Grille on River Road.

Jacquim Sperlazza, 25, was charged with possession of marjiuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, being under the influence of a narcotic drug, possession of Phencyclidine (also known as PCP) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to a press release prepared by Chatham Police Ptl. Kevin O'Shea, police responded to the River Grille around 2 a.m. after Sperlazza was reported to have fallen. When officers arrived, O'Shea said Sperlazza was beginning to regain consciousness but appeared to be under the influence of drugs.
