Troop 28 Car Wash Fundraiser

The Boy Scouts of Troop 28 in Chatham are planning an exciting year of outings for the year ahead.   Trips are both local and long-distance campouts, including visits to the Vorhees State Park Observatory and Assateague Island National Seashore in Berlin, Maryland.  To raise funds for these outings the Troop will host a benefit car wash this Saturday, October 8th from 9:30 am to 2:00 PM in the parking lot of Stanley Congregational Church, located at 94 Fairmount Avenue.  Donations will be accepted.

The scouts will also host a concession stand during this event, offering coffee and home made donuts, as well as hot dogs and soft drinks.
