Free Tax Aid

Chatham resident Harvey Diamond and his team of trained AARP volunteers will prepare and electronically file your tax return. They can do tenant rebate and property tax rebate forms as well as Federal and NJ income tax returns. This service is open to seniors and mid-to-low income taxpayers. Participants need not be Chatham residents or AARP members, but those with complex tax returns are advised to seek professional assistance.

This confidential tax preparation service is available by appointment only on Thursdays beginning at 9:30 a.m. from now through April 11.  Please call the Senior Center of the Chathams at 973.635.4565 to schedule an appointment.
