Police Graduate DARE Class at St. Patrick

Graduating students at St. Patrick learn about

Members of the held a DARE graduation at in June for the graduating eighth graders.

As part of the graduation, students were treated to an inside look at police vehicles, including patrol cars , the Emergency Services Unit vehicle and the Motor Unit.

"I would like to personally congratulate him on the fine work [Patrolman Jayson Cittrich] has done since taking over as the Community Services Officer and also taking over the role of DARE coordinator," Lt. Brian Gibbons of the department said.

Besides Gibbons and Cittrich, other members of the department who were at the graduation were Chief Philip J. Crosson and Patromen Brian Maher, Michael Permison and Robert Sweetin.

"It was a well-attended graduation with a very nice police display following," Gibbons said.
